Adding your first contact

There are three ways to add someone, all from the + button on the Contacts screen.

• By hand — type in a name and whatever details you have.
• From your phonebook — pick an existing iPhone contact and manare copies the details across.
• By scanning — point the camera at someone else's manare QR code.

The one field worth setting straight away is the reminder frequency. Without it, the person sits in your list but never comes up as due. See Choosing a reminder frequency.
