How smart reminders work

Conact counts the days since you last spoke and tells you who is due.

Every contact has a reminder frequency — how often you want to be in touch with that person. Conact tracks the time since you last marked them as contacted, and when the gap reaches the frequency you chose, they appear in the Due section of the Today screen.

What resets the clock

Only marking someone as contacted restarts their cycle. Opening their profile, editing a note or logging a meeting does not — the cycle is about reaching out, not about touching the record.

  • Mark as contacted — restarts the cycle from today.
  • Skip this cycle — moves them to the next cycle without counting as contact.
  • Changing the frequency — recalculates when they are next due.

Someone you want to keep but never be nagged about? Leave their frequency unset and they stay in your list without ever becoming due.
