Marking someone as contacted
The one action that restarts a contact's reminder cycle.
When you have actually reached out, mark the person as contacted. That is what restarts their cycle and keeps your streak alive.
You can do it from the Today screen, from the contact's own profile, from the Apple Watch app, or from a home-screen widget — see Devices & integrations.
Marked someone by mistake? Mark them again after actually speaking; the cycle simply restarts from the newer date.
